Skip, Founder, Owner & Landscape Designer
Skip founded GreenWorks Landscaping and has been designing landscapes across Northern Virginia for decades. With a lifelong connection to plants and gardening that began at age fifteen, he built the company around a simple idea: thoughtfully designed landscapes should enhance both the home and the way people live outdoors.
He holds a degree in Horticulture and Design from the University of California, Davis and brings deep plant knowledge and practical design experience to every project.
Skip enjoys working closely with homeowners, helping them understand the possibilities within their landscape and guiding them through the design process. He believes that when clients are informed and engaged, landscapes not only perform better in the long term but also become spaces that homeowners truly appreciate and enjoy.
Linda, Landscape Designer
Linda brings decades of experience in landscape design and a lifelong passion for plants, gardens, and outdoor environments. A graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in Landscape Architecture, she has spent her career helping homeowners transform their properties into thoughtfully designed landscapes that complement the home and enhance outdoor living.
Known for her collaborative approach, Linda begins each project by listening carefully to a homeowner’s vision and translating those ideas into practical, beautiful designs. Her work ranges from intimate garden spaces to expansive estate properties, often including swimming pools, outdoor living areas, and comprehensive backyard master plans.
Linda guides clients through the design process with both creativity and experience, helping them create landscapes that feel natural, enduring, and uniquely suited to their home.
